He made significant contributions to a large upscale provider in the healthcare industry that included administrative management, handling the smooth day to day operations, marketing program development, and implementation of Practice Management applications software, and staff education.

For a start up in the media products industry he provided innovative business management and development that ensured consistent sales growth and stability over several years. He has valuable experience in marketing that extended to involve creative Internet and web based technologies in successful campaigns. His ability to deal effectively with a wide range of professionals has developed strong interpersonal and communications skills. In his career he has put these to effective use in account acquisition, development, sales and project management roles. Marc is a proud husband and father of one child and puts his family at the top of his life. His personal interests include a love of music and he continues to entertain in his spare time.


Bill Singer began his career in professional placement in 1983, having seen the need for effective employment services from his prior roles in industry and government. He brought a unique gift of tireless effort coupled with unbounded enthusiasm for the work. He rapidly acquired the skills for the job and his results demonstrated the adage that success does indeed breed success. Clients throughout the business community regularly seek him out for his reliable service.

In 1996, Bill founded Lexington Recruiters to reflect his personal vision of excellence, efficiency and quality in the placement process. This commitment has led to the implementation of advanced technologies into the process while maintaining a personalized approach throughout. The associates all reflect this philosophy and consistently provide dedicated service to a wide range of business requirements.

As a volunteer, he teaches Mindfulness-Based Emotional Intelligence to inmates at the Northeast Correctional Center and serves as the President of Lexington Toastmasters.

Bill balances his career with a devotion to his family as a loving husband and father of two. His personal interests include adventure travel, triathlon, bicycling, tennis, hiking, scuba diving, and playing guitar.
